At
FUNK, we are committed to delivering high-quality audio content
while respecting the rights of content creators and adhering to all relevant
laws and platform policies.
All audio content played through FUNK is sourced exclusively via the
Unified Chinese Media Technology (UCMT) network. UCMT
operates by extracting publicly available metadata through official platform
APIs (e.g., Spotify, Youtube) and generating equivalent search queries to access
content hosted on third-party platforms in the PRC, e.g.
Bilibili.
FUNK does not directly host, store, or distribute any
audio content. Instead, it merely facilitates playback of
content that is publicly available through these third-party platforms. As such,
the responsibility for any content availability, licensing, or copyright
compliance ultimately resides with the respective content-hosting platforms
(e.g. Bilibili).
While FUNK does not control or host any content directly,
While FUNK does not control or host any content directly, we understand and
respect the concerns of rights holders.
If you believe that content
accessible through FUNK infringes on your intellectual property rights, you may
drop us a message on Discord or send an email to [email protected], referencing FUNK and UCMT in
the Subject field. Please also provide the following information:
• A clear
description of the content in question
• The specific search terms or
metadata involved
• A link to the content or platform where it is hosted
•
A statement of the requested action
• Proof of ownership,
such as copyright registration certificates or licensing agreements
•
Contact details and legal authorisation, if you are submitting
the request on behalf of the rights holder.
Upon receiving a valid
request, we will make reasonable efforts to assist
by:
• Applying a local block on our platform to prevent
access to the specified content through FUNK.
• Forwarding your
request to UCMT for their independent review and
consideration.
Please note that since FUNK does not control UCMT or the
third-party platforms they query, it is possible that the content in question
may remain accessible outside of our service.
